What's a REST API

Using a REST API design means that the design can be used over most protocols and that your team will not need to install any additional libraries or software in order to integrate. When our API interacts with your system, it uses touchpoints, called endpoints, to facilitate communication.

Using a REST API design means that the design can be used over most protocols and that your team will not need to install any additional libraries or software in order to integrate. JSON format, which stands for JavaScript Object Notation, is a data format that uses human-readable text to transmit data objects. This means that not only is our API easy to integrate, it’s easy to understand. REST APIs use four different HTTP 1.1 verbs to perform tasks -- GET, POST, PUT, and DELETE. When our API interacts with your system, it uses touchpoints, called endpoints, to facilitate communication.
