Schedule an integration kickoff call with your account manager to coordinate all the pre-integration work.

At this call we will need, at a minimum (internal and external contact resources):
  • Your project manager
  • Your commercial point of contact
  • Your development point of contact
During the call we will cover:
  • Your team at Trip Ninja, agency points of contact
  • Your subscription
  • The implementation process
  • Goals
  • Expectations and remediation steps if expectations fall short of either side needs.
  • ClickUp (project management)
  • Questions
