At this call we will need, at a minimum (internal and external contact resources):
- Your project manager
- Your commercial point of contact
- Your development point of contact
During the call we will cover:
- Your team at Trip Ninja, agency points of contact
- Your subscription
- The implementation process
- Expectations and remediation steps if expectations fall short of either side needs.
- ClickUp (project management)
